以全新的概念使用糙米釀酒,具有創新意識,而明石日本釀酒廠則為這一發展而自豪。
雖然本酒在2003年釀造,但她會繼續成長,
隨著年月的增長,使她慢慢地變成陳年佳釀。
體會人生中的百感交雜,細味歲月裡的五味雜,

PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

Created using the finest rice for sake, Yamadanishiki, in an entirely unpolished
form. The concept of using brown rice for sake making was totally new and
innovative, and Akashi Sake Brewery is proud of this development. Although
brewed in 2003, it has been allowed to age slowly. This sake will continue to grow
in delicious complexity with age. Neither newly fermented nor highly milled sakes
can provide this level of complexity.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

 

At room temperature in a sake or wine glass. Can also be enjoyed slightly warm.

 

TASTING NOTE

 

NOSE
Pungent and rich with lime, marzipan and bitter
cocoa.

 

PALATE
Well balanced with caramel, lime and cocoa
flavours. Long finish.

 

FOOD PAIRING
Beef, duck or lamb dishes, cheese plate, dark
fondant chocolate with roasted nuts. Lime and
lemon sorbet.

Akashi Sake Brewery Co. Ltd is a small boutique artisanal sake producer
based in Akashi-city, a fishing town in Western Japan in Hyogo prefecture.
All the sake is hand crafted using the traditional method with highest quality,
locally produced ingredients.
