This wine has been made from Saperavi, which is the most famous
Georgian endemic black grape variety, having all the noble
characteristics to make one of the world's most outstanding red wines.
To underline its authentic flavors, it has been fermented naturally
and aged in oak barrels.
Best enjoyed with both red meat and game fried, grilled or stewed.
Excellent with mature cheeses of different styles.
